ORDER PROCESS

Orders can be placed through completing our online enquiry form.

To avoid missing out, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. Last minute orders can be accommodated depending on the workload of the week.

​

Your order will be secured once we send you a confirmation email - this can take up to two business days.

​

For last minute orders, please send a private message through our Facebook page.

CAKE CARE

Cakes are supplied in a secure box. To avoid the cake box sliding around during transportation, place the cake on the passenger seat or on the floor of the car with the air conditioner on.

 

Avoid direct sunlight on the cake and keep refrigerated once you have arrived home. The cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature, so remove from the fridge 1 hour before eating.

Once the cake has left the premise (with exception to delivery), we do not take responsibility for damage occurred during transportation.

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
